Cival Case

Wife went to court today and was aressted for a cival case judge gave her 500$ cash bond when she goes to court do u think they will let her out cause we don't have 500

There are reasons that you could express to the court in order to get a PR bond or a bond reduction. Performance history matters here. Can you show that in the past she has a history of showing for court dates? Does she have family/roots here? Just saying "I can't afford it" is not enough, without more, to justify a bond reduction.
