Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Is a class 1 misdemeanor (criminal mischief) on your permanent record and do you have to report it to employers or school?

If school/employers do a crim. history check on you, they will discover a conviction for crim. mischief. BUT: no one has the duty to report it, unless you do something that triggers the duty.
