Clearing dropped charges from arrest record
Is there a way to get charges removed from your arrest record that were never prosecuted because of bad police procedure and other extenuating circumstances?

Yes, there is a way to get those dropped charges off your record. You petition the Court to seal the record. Go here for the forms:
