Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
A close friend was recently arrested for Burglary; however there was no property damage or Bodily injury. Numerous witnesses all had different stories about the altercation. Is this something that she should obtain legal council to fight the charges?

Yes - good criminal attorneys can do much to make sure friend does not get a felony and possibly gets the case dismissed. Friend needs to make sure s/he makes no statements to anyone about this to anyone.
