so i f i have a felony as an adult in colorado i dont have a chance of having it removed or sealed

Ask a criminal defense lawyer in Colorado. Each state has different rules. One option might be to contact the public defender's office at the courthouse where you were convicted.

new law this year, certain felonies can be sealed - must be low level, non-violent, etc

It used to be that a Colorado felony "conviction" could not be sealed. Even so, a guilty plea with deferred judgment and sentence could be sealed. Now, new law allows sealing of "felony conviction" if years have passed with no new violations.
