are there any laws prohibiting friendship relations between 17 year old boys and 14 year old girls in the state of Colorado?

So long as there is no sexual component to your friendship, you can buddy up with someone of any age. Beware of big brothers and fathers, though.

Of course not! You can be friends with anyone you want.
Of course, friendship doesn't include what my gut tells me you (as the hormone filled 17 year old boy) are thinking about.
