There are legislative and public policies which may conflict with your ability to be employed in certain fields. There are also state licensing requirements which may pose a conflict. The conflicts depend upon: the conviction type; dismissed charges; the field of employment; work exposure to certain groups; licensing pre-requisites. If you are still on parole and not yet at your "statutory discharge date", your constitutional rights are very limited.
