Colorado statue of limitations for prosecuting sex crimes.

How long does the state of colorado have to prosecute someone for first degree sexual assault, with no dna evidence, when said person was already held for 10 days and then released, and recieved no further notification or inquiries since november 2002?

At a minimom, 10 years. Sex assualts have their own statute of limitaions, which tend to exceed the normal felony statutes.
