What would happen if you do not do community service but all fines are paid?

Re: Not doing community service
If you do not ever do the UPS (community service) the DA will file a motion to revoke probation. The court will revoke. Some jail is likely. The only way around it is file motion to modify probation and get the UPS condition changed to something else.

Absent a good reason for not doing your community service, a judge is likely to thank you very much for paying your fines, and order you to do jail service.
Do the community service. You'll meet a better class of people there.
