What are the consequences for underage marijuana possession under 1 ounce in Colorado now that Amendment 64 is in place?

The consequences are the same as they were prior to the passage of amendment 64, it is a petty offense for a minor. The more serious concern is the potential effect it could have on things like federal financial aid. I always work with the prosecutor to amend the charge to non drug offense.
