Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Should I consult a lawyer
Our daughter was terminated from a job of only a month because of mistakes made in handling clients. 2 days after the termination the organization was broken into and money stolen. My daughter is being investigated (along with others) as possible suspects. No charges have been filed, however, she was asked by police to submit to a polygraph. My questions....1.should she take the polygraph? 2.should she get a laywer now or wait for further developments?
Thank You...................

Re: Should I consult a lawyer
First off, how old is your daughter? Whether a juvenile or adult makes a big difference. Second, but most importantly, get a lawyer before any response to the polygraph question. Don't wait. Get a lawyer (not me-- I'm in Colo Springs).
