do i have the right to a continuence? I have drug court violation and want to get legal council to explain why i didnt comply with probation

You have a right to an attorney; not a right to a continuance. The court should give you an opportunity to get counsel.

No, you do not have a right to a continuance. Yes, you had a right to counsel. If you are on probation already, you must have given up many of your rights before this. In order to protect and identify the rights that you have left, you should get counsel ASAP.
