Convictions within a lifetime for DUI
I know the law was changed effective 07/01/2001, but part of it was pulled, to clarify DUI penalties and then reissued on 09/25/01 (original Bill# 01-168//the revision was Bill# 01S2-008. My question, if you were arrested for a DUI on 09/22/01..does the convictions, or offenses in a lifetime, apply?

I assume you mean number of convictions in reference to sentencing or DMV status. Yes, then. Number of convictions in a lifetime are always relevant to sentencing and affect DMV status depending on age.
