Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

corrupt firechief

small mountain town has firechief that uses taxpayer money to gamble, take trips, pay for a secretary to do his business so that his time is free to pursue hobbies etc. He engineered no term limits for his chosen fire board who cover for his activities and sometimes benefit from free trips to las vegas etc. - How do the citizens get rid of him and the board?????

As an alternative to just burning them out, you might contact the Colorado Attorney General about your concerns. The state AG generally prosecutes public corruption.
