Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Counseling Requirements
I was required to attend Domestic Violence counseling as a term of probation. I have completed my deferred sentence and the case is closed. While in this counseling, I asked several times for the statutes/requirements/guidelines that the state of Colorado required the counselor to follow. They conveniently forgot to provide this information and I would not press the issue due to my obviously subjugated role in this relationship.
So, these documents must exist. Where do I find them?
Thanks

Re: Counseling Requirements
Look for authorizing legistlation for the DV board. That statute should give the info needed to find a regulation.
