Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I had court today for a misdemeanor charge and got off on probation. Now I have court tomorrow on a class 6 felony charge. What are the possibilities that i will also get probation for this felony. What are any other things that could happen, such as jail time etc.

A condition of that probation is "no violations of law." Any plea deal you take on the felony will be a conviction occurring while you are on probation. It will revoke your probation, unless your deal today specifically addressed the felony charge. You should get help before you plead guilty again.
