Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have court tomorrow because my PO filed a complaint and my deferred sentence is being revoked. Am I going to jail? If so will I be facing the possible sentence for the original charges or for the charge I plead guilty to?

You have a right to a hearing on the motion to revoke.
While the court can impose a bond, it depends on the level of the alleged violation and your history as to both whether or not the court requires anything beyond a PR bond, and/or the amount.
