Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My cousin has been arrested for child abuse resulting in death, and I want to know if they would let her attend the funeral?

It depends on a couple of things:
First, if she is in custody, she'll need to either post bond or get the judge to agree to a furlough. The furlough's a long shot given the allegations. Expect the DA to oppose the request.
If she is out of custody, it depends on whether or not there is an order in place that prevents her from attending. If no such order exists, she may go. If there is an order of protection in place, she'll need to get her attorney to file a request with the court and set the request for a hearing. Again, expect the DA to resist the request.
