Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

credit card problem

Wondering in the state of Colorado, my friend wrote down 2 or 3 credit card numbers and used them to purchase up to 1000 dollars worth of movies and random things. He is a first time offender of anything and was helpful with police, what is he looking at. He would really love some representation too.

I noticed another attorney already gave you and your friend some very good advice. Part of that was "an attorney may cost 5000 or more, if friend cannot pay that up front, then friend should contact the public defender."

I would add only the advice that your friend not try to pay by credit card.

Good luck.
