Re: criminal law
He's facing a world of trouble. He should get an attorney, hired or appointed public defender.
Re: criminal law
Well, the 1st degree assault is often a 10 year minimum mandatory prison sentence (10-32) if it is a crime of violence.
This is serious. IF you have been saving for a rainy day, it is Katrina in New Orleans.
Re: criminal law
For the 1st degree assault, he is facing mandatory prison. It is important any plea bargain not have a mandatory prison charge. Good luck.
Re: criminal law
You husband faces serious charges with potential mandatory prison time. Depending on what stage in the proceedings your husbands case is in, depends on what happens. At some point he will need experienced legal counsel to properly defend his rights.
