criminal law question
in a case of attempted sexual assault on a child of a person in a trust position. What is the possible sentence? Worst and best scenario?

The worse possible sentence is a life sentence and the best is a light prison sentence with the possibility of lifetime probation. This is an indeterminate sentence and so far no one has been released early from a Colorado prison. I have successfully tried a number of these case and would be happy to be of help. Good luck

Most likely AND worst is Life in prison. If you are lucky, you will get ten to life probation. Get counsel immediately. I don't handle these pre-trial, so you will need someone else.
