Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My daughter was 5 when she was molested by my sisters husband. At the time I called authorties she was to young and to scared to tell them what she told me so there was nothing they could do.Well last week I over heard he telling another littel girl what had happend to her in detail.Shes nine now. Is is there a chance that i can still prosicute him for this sick crime or is it to late? By the way were in Colorado.

Any determination needs to be made by the District Attorney of whatever district in which the crime occurred.
