Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My daughter received a MIP in Colorado. When we received a notification letter from Denver County Court with the court date, it stated that the charge is Curfew Violation by Minor. The Case number is the same so I know it is not a different ticket. Please advise.

My guess is one of two things:
Either one, the court sent a letter with the wrong information, or two, the city elected to amend the charge.
