What should I do?
What should I do if my daughter is being threatened in school and out of school and law enforcement at the school and the other child's parent's aren't willing to do anything about it.

Talk to law enforcement outside the school, and if the threat is to her physical or emotional safety consider going to court for a restraining order

If there are real threats, seek a civil protection order. It is a restraining order, and it packs a punch.
