Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I took deferred adjudication for harrassment charges (text messages) a domestic violence charge was also included in my case but was dismissed by the DA in my sentence. Will the dismissed domestic violence charge show up in a criminal history check or when my passport is scanned while traveling internationally?

most likely yes - it will show dismissed, possibly
you can try to seal it, but that does not necessarily remove it from that list
