How many deferred judgments can you have in the state of colorado?

Statutorily, I do not believe there is a limit. This is a two-felony limit on probation. Practically, a DDA will look at the past number and may refuse to offer another. The judge should go along with it if the DDA offers it. Also, consider Condition 1 on any past DJS.
