Deferred sentence - meaning?

After completion of a successful

deferred sentence and the dismissal of

a misdemeanot count, is that on record

as a conviction?

No. It is on record as a dismissal. But it is still on record. You may seal that record by application to your district court.

The Feds will treat it as conviction. State will treat it as dismissed. You should seal it. That takes it off you record, except for purposes inviolving firearms (Feds).
