Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Third degree Assault
I was charged with Third degree assault . A few months ago I pled guyilty to a disorderly conduct charge for bar fight. What will most likely be my court outcome I plan on moving to attend school in another state. Any info would help!

Besides the new charges, I'll be that the plea to disorderly conduct required you have no new offenses for a certain period. Any plea in the new case can violate the plea in the old case and the original charge (which is likely more severe than the charge pleaded to)will come back to life. Keep an eye on the old case while you deal with the new case.
