What is the max penalty for a 16 year old charged with First Degree Criminal Trespass, this being the first offence?

If charged as an adult, 1-3 years.

Never mind the maximum penalty. If you feel the DA can prove the offense beyond a reasonable doubt, you should negotiate for a lesser, misdemeanor, charge, with a deferred sentence. A deferred sentence becomes a dismissal if successfully completed.
