Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
a direct sentence to com-cor client whom was already on non-rez. failed to report for five day's. He then turned himself in. Is it still escape? Is he eligible for bond.

The period that the defendant was missing will still be considered escape, although the community corrections case manager may have some say about the way in which it is handled.
