Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Dismissed Charges
I have a friend that had some charges,against her. But the court dimissed her .Does that mean she is still charge with charges?She have some papers from the DA office saying that all charges was dismissed.

If the charges have been dismissed "with prejudice" they are gone. If charges are dismissed "without prejudice" they can be refiled and will come back. dan [email protected]
