* was hit twice
* may have provoked fight
* may go to court if ticketed
Wants:
no criminal record or anything, first time offeneder, will pay or do community service * under 18 just need answers

If you are under 18, you may qualify for juvenile diverson, which is deferred prosecution. Not the same as deferred judgment and sentence. Learn the difference. Get a lawyer before you plead guilty.
