Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

disorderly conduct

verbal argument with 4 people who are neighbors they were threatening me when the cops came they asked for my I.D.went and spoke to the 4 others and the people outright lied so I was issued a summons and refused to sign I was then assaulted by the 2 female cops who arrested me and broke my dentures, the cuffs cut my wrists I had a asthma atack and the ems people said my blood pressure was 199/90took me in and booked me then let me go I had to walk home over 5miles. Do I have any constitutional rights or any type of rights to not sign.

You have the right not to sign, which then gives them the right to arrest you and take you to jail. They don't have the right to assault you, but they do have the right to physically restrain you if you resist arrest.

You are confusing your rights here. IF you refuse to sign (you have that right) THEN the cops cannot show service unless they take you into custody.

SO, you made the arrest necessary. If the cops then assaulted you, you can sue for violation of your right to not be unecessarily assaulted. Pictures, videotape, audiotape, and witnesses will help support your case.
