Re: Disposition Hearing
A dispo hearing is a court appearance where you tell the Court whether you and the DA have reached a plea agreement, or you need to set trial dates.

Re: Disposition Hearing
Usually a disposition hearing is set for the final resolution of a case, for example if you have reached an agreement with the district attorney to plead guilty to a charge, or the DA has decided to dismiss charges against you.
If there is no agreement, dates will generally be set to hear motions, and for trial.
