How do you get a domestic violence case dismissed? How much is bail to get out of jail?

Hire a good attorney and follow his/her advice. Bail depends on prior record and the evidence of harm or potential future harm. Make sure defendant follows the restraining order or s/he will destroy the chance of dismissal and end up in jail quick.
