Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
domestic violence charge
I was arrested memorial day weekend in which me and my wife were arguing and one of her friends called the cops in which i was arrested while me and my wife were working things out. This is my first offense ever and my wife doesn't want to go to trial or appear in court what would happen will the charge get dropped or will the DA try my case without her being there?

Re: domestic violence charge
Considering you give no detail at all about what happened, even to the extent of what exactly you were charged with, either is a possibility. Get your act together and get a lawyer if you need one.
