domestic violence
im on 18 months sup. probation and take 36 weeks of dv classes. i might not be able to finish now cause i lost my job and have no money, they will probably throw me out of class. If this happened and i went before the judge for not completeting class in a timely manner, what can i expect to happen? Colorado Springs, Judge Acker

If Judge Acker your case must be in Division B of County Court. If supervised probation, your PO will likely file a C&R is you are kicked from classes. How many of the 36 classes have you taken? If we can show you enrolled and started in a timely manner, we may be able to get you a lower number of classes. If we can't make you look good, judge Acker will impose jail. Likely 30 days if you will complete the classes. If you will not... if you tell the judge you will not... jail will be longer. Like 1 year.
