Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
domestic violence
I was the victim in a domestic case were the defedndant was arrested. While she was in jail I returned her stuff to her moms. Some of her stuff I threw away. Can i be charged with a crime?

Depends on the stuff. If it had value, yes, you could be charged, but the state would have to prove you actually did something with the stuff, which -- unless you can't help yourself from talking about -- strikes me as difficult to do. Hard to imagine a prosecutor wasting his or her time on such a matter. Good luck.
