Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
If I was the driver and I was not the owner of the car and drugs were found in a prescription bottle that did not belong to myself as well but got charged the owner of the prescription bottle is willing to go to court and admit that the bottle was there's does this help my case

It might help, but if that person was not in the car at the time then you still have a legal problem. The only thing that will ultimately help you is hiring an attorney. You simply won't be able to do much to help yourself acting as your own attorney. You aren't capable of effectively handling a jury trial and the prosecutor knows this.
