Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Drivers Lisence Fraud

I had a drivers lisence for 10 years; however, it was canceled because I went to the DMV and gave a fictious name to obtain a new drivers lisence under that new name. I have a re-instatemet hearing scheduled in a couple of weeks. I was told there may be some criminal charges filed against me for giving false information or using someone elses identity. The name and information, which I gave to the DMV was ALL fictious. What if any criminal charges may be filed against me.
