Driving with revoked licence
I recieved a summons to appear in court with the wrong date (1/09/2008). Is the wrong date grounds for a dismissal?

If it's the 2008 that's got you wondering, the court assumes you're smart enough (or know someone else who is) to realize that, oh, golly, they must have meant 2009.
They won't dismiss, and if you don't appear, a warrant for your arrest will likely issue.
Call the court clerk if you have any doubt.
