Driving under suspension
Hi ,
I was wondering what exactly happens to a person who is caught driving under suspension for the 4 th time in Colorado. I need to know if I should get a lawyer or if it is a waste of time? Will it make my jail time less? Can I do at home arrest with a ankle bracelet? Thank you for your time in this matter.

You can expect jail time and the extention of the suspension period by another year. Court costs and fines add to the complexity.
Usually a lawyer can save you more in costs and/orjail time than he costs.
