Drug Charge
When an intoxicated person is taken into custody and a statement is given from that intoxicated person, does that hold up in court?

If there is no ground to suppress the statement (meaning it can't be admitted as evidence), the statement will come in, and the judge or jury can decide whether to take it seriously.
