Can you be extradited from Nevada for a warrant issued in Colorado for the charges listed?

Yes. States can ask the Governor of other states to extradite individuals in that staet. Colorado has asked Nevada to hold you for extradition. You can waive extradition and then Colorado has a limited amount of time to come and get you. You can fight extradition, bond out and then appear in Colorado to begin facing the charges. Sometimes States don't bother to extradite once they are notified that another state is holding you.
