Re: Dwi

Person needs to request a DMV hearing from local DMV office - DO NOT REQUEST THE OFFICER. This must be done within 7 days of arrest. This will allow driving until the hearing (45 days on average).

Person needs to hire a DUI attorney. This is not cheap, but is usually the only way to achieve these goals.

Re: Dwi

She needs to immediately get to the closest DMV office and request an Express Consent hearng. Once she fills out that form, she can continue to drive until her hearing. On the hearing request form, she needs to check the box saying SHE DOES NOT WANT THE POLICE OFFICER PRESENT AT THE HEAIRNG. This is very important. Then she needs to hire an attorney asap.
