If federal illegal acts found with email
interception, is it admissible?

If the e-mail was intercepted by a nongovernment agent, and turned over to law enforcement, it is absolutely admissible.
And while there may certainly be an argument made that, if intercepted by a government agent, there was a violation of a reasonable expectation of privacy, my understanding is that the case law does not supply, as a remedy, suppression of the evidence.
That does not mean that your lawyer should not try to suppress it.
