Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Embezelment
My wife worked for a company for 17 years and when she left she put un collected funds to a credit card clearing account .The company is being audited and they want her to come back and explain all of her journal entries, they have told me through an employee that they are going to sue for this and arrest her should she go back in to see them alone?
