Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
evidence seized
if you are visiting a friend, and the police happen to come to the home, and happen to spy drug items, can you be held responsible and charged with various drug crimes such as manufacturing, sales, etc, etc. the item they said they spied was a small baggie with some powerdy residue in the kitchen

can you be charged? Yes.
You should have a decent case especially since you did not live there. It is best to have a lawyer as these arguments will be to a jury most likely.
