Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I just wanted to know if colorado will exbudite someone to another state if it is a cf criminal fellony

Gosh, I hope not; that sounds awful. If you mean "extradite," it is up to the other state, where the crime is alleged, to demand and pay for extradition. Depending on the felony, that state may not feel it worthwhile to pay for the return of the fugitive.

The answer varies with the offense and the location of the arresting state. On minor felonies, in a distant state, the DA may not pay to extradict. Some arrest warrants say they are "non-extradictable." Find the warrant and the PC affidavit.
