Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I have a ex-girlfriend that is being vindictive not just letting this relationship go . Needless to say some nasty texts and emails have been exchanged. She is now saying she is going to call the cops and file a harrassment charge against me. The only concern for me is that I am on probation and only two weeks away from being off probation. I am not trying to get in any trouble right now. Is there anything that I can do to protect myself before she does something to get me in trouble. She also brought up old emails that I sent her that had some questionable information pertaining to me and things that I have done in the past. So, being I am on probation can the cops come here and search my house? if she files a compllaint does that require the police to contact my probation officer and inform her or is that up to me? I have email from her as well telling her to leave me alone and she is the one seing a shrink not me?? So, I just dont know what the best thing for me to do in this situation and I would really like to just have some information before I get hemmed up for this stupidity. . I appreciate any suggestions that would be helpful for me at this point.

Thanks

Even being on probation, the cops need a search warrant or your consent to enter your home, I suggest you do not give them consent or make any statement to them at all. I would just lay low for the next 2 weeks and have no contact with her, maybe she will ease up on you.
